CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-89-22 <br /> Stockton Terminal <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all conditions of approval shall <br /> be complied with prior to the issuance of any building <br /> permits . <br /> 1 . PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> a. An Improvement Plan , prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer , showing drainage , driveway access details , <br /> on-site parking , proposed waterline , Hardaway Road <br /> improvements , and grading , shall be submitted to the <br /> Department of Public Works for approval . Drainage <br /> calculations for the retention pond shall be submitted <br /> for approval . <br /> b. Hardaway Road shall be constructed in conrormance to <br /> the approved revised improvement plans for Fairchild <br /> Industrial Park along the frontage of the parcel . <br /> c. Dedications , improvements , and permits shall be as <br /> required by Caltrans along the frontage of State Route <br /> 88. ( State Route 88 is designated as an arterial road <br /> on the Land Use/Circulation Element of the General Plan <br /> and is normally 110" width. ) <br /> 2 . LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> a. Construction a water well under permit and inspection <br /> of the Health District prior to occupancy. Should the <br /> number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at <br /> least 40 days per year , or the number of service <br /> connections exceed four , a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system under the provisions of Title 22 , <br /> CAC , will be required by the Health District . <br /> b. - Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Health District prior to <br /> occupancy. System to be installed : 2 - 1800 gallon <br /> septic tanks ; 3 - 70 foot leach lines ; 3 - 36 inch <br /> seepage pits . <br /> c. Show on the Improvement Plan that the leach field area <br /> will be barricaded so it can not be driven on , parked <br /> on or have anything stored on top of it . Also show <br /> that there is a 100% replacement area. <br />
