SA-89-22 <br /> Page Two <br /> 3. MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT <br /> a. The storm water retention facility located at the north <br /> end of the property is proposed to include additional <br /> landscaping as required . It shall be constructed so as <br /> to not interfere with vector control inspection or <br /> treatment . <br /> b. The storm water retention facility should be built to <br /> facilitate vector control •vehicles . The service roads <br /> on the south edge of the pond should be a minimum of <br /> 10" wide , with at least one access gate of the same <br /> width. The sides fronting Fairchild Lane and Waterloo <br /> Road shall have a 3 to 4 foot wide path to allow <br /> district personnel to safely walk and spay with a back <br /> pack sprayer. <br /> C. The storm water retention facility must be maintained <br /> weed-free for vector prevention. A complete vegetation <br /> management program should be considered by the owner . <br /> d . The storm water retention facility must be used for <br /> storm water only ; any water or liquids used in the <br /> operation of the business should be diverted to the <br /> septic tank and leach field . <br /> e. The operations for this site shall be managed so as to <br /> prevent a public nuisance as defined by Health and <br /> Safety Code , Division 3 , Chapter 5 , Article 1 , Section <br /> 2200 (e ) ( 1 ) (A. ) . <br /> 4 . BUILDING DIVISION <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Building Inspection Division : <br /> ( 1 ) Exterior walls less than 20' from a property line <br /> shall be of one-hour , fire-resistive construction. <br /> ( 2) The proposed building shall be provided with an <br /> automatic fire sprinkler system or divided into <br /> areas less than 6 ,000 square feet by area <br /> separation walls . <br />
