SA-89-22 <br /> Page Three <br /> ( 3) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements (C. A. C. , Title 24) . <br /> (4 ) The existing structure exceeds the allowable floor <br /> area permitted by the Uniform Building Code for a <br /> B-2 occupancy. The building shall be provided <br /> with an automatic fire sprinkler system or be of <br /> one-hour construction throughout . (60 ft . yards <br /> required , UBC , Section 506. ) <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection <br /> Division prior to performing any excavation or filling <br /> of earth material : <br /> ( 1 ) A grading plan shall contain the information <br /> listed in the U . B . C. , Appendix , Chapter 70 , <br /> Section 7006 (d ) . <br /> ( 2) The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels . <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable. <br /> ( 3) Grading in excess of 5 ,000 cubic yards shall <br /> comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements . " <br /> ( 4 ) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans . <br /> (5 ) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> ( 6) All grading plans are subject to approval by the <br /> other department . <br /> C. The Construction Plan shall indicate the following : <br /> ( 1 ) Parking shall be provided for the physically <br /> handicapped . The space( s ) shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance (C .A. C. , <br /> Title 24 ) . <br /> ( 2) Identification signs for the parking space (s ) , <br /> including the "tow away" sign , shall be provided <br /> at each entrance or be visible from each space <br /> (C.A. C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> ( 3) The slope of the parking space (s ) shall not exceed <br /> 1/4 inch per foot (C .A. C. , Title 24) . <br />
