CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL SA-89- 15 Con-Fab Corporation Unless otherwise specified , all conditions of approval shall be complied with prior to the issuance of any building permits . 1 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS a. An Improvement Plan , prepared by a Civil Engineer , showing drainage , driveway access details , on-site parking , and grading shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval . Drainage shall be retained on-site and pond calculations shall be submitted for approval . Ground water shall be five ( 5 ) feet clear of pond bottom. b . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way . 5 . LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT a . Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit and inspection by the Health District prior to occupancy . b. Connect to an approved public water supply system.
