CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-89- 15 <br /> PAGE 2 <br /> If you do not connect to public water and use the <br /> existing well a yearly permit to operate a public water <br /> system under the provisions of Title 22 , CCR , will be <br /> required by the Health District . <br /> 3. BUILDING DIVISION <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Building Inspection Division : <br /> 1 . The proposed building shall be provided with an <br /> automatic fire sprinkler system or divided into <br /> areas less than 6 , 000 square feet by area <br /> separation walls . <br /> 2 . Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements (C . A. C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> 3 . Detail handicapped access to mobile offices <br /> ( ramp ( s ) ) . <br /> b . A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection. <br /> Division prior to performing any excavation or filling <br /> of earth material : <br /> 1 . A grading plan shall contain the information listed <br /> in the U . B . C . , Appendix , Chapter 70 , Section <br /> 7006 ( 1 ) . <br /> 2 . The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels . <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable . <br /> 3 . All grading plans are subject to approval by the <br /> other departments . <br /> C. The Construction Plan shall indicate the following : <br /> 1 . Provide parking for the physically handicapped . <br /> The space (s ) shall be located as close as possible <br /> to the primary entrance (C . A. C . , Title 24 ) . <br /> 2 . Provide identification signs for the parking <br /> space (s ) , including the "tow away" sign , shall be <br /> provided at each entrance or be visible from each <br /> space (C . A. C . , Title 24 ) . <br />
