MANTECA-LATHROP FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT <br /> a. Per Uniform Fire Code 1985 edition access and Fire <br /> Protection Appliances be required . National Fire <br /> Protection Association and Local Sprinkler Code <br /> requirements to be required also . <br /> b. Owner/Developer shall meet with the Fire Chief to <br /> discuss the Fire Facilities Fee Ordinance established <br /> by the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors . The <br /> Fee structure and findings shall be established by the <br /> Fire District for presentation to the Board of <br /> Supervisors for approval . <br /> 5 . AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT <br /> a. Use of water trucks and /or sprinklers as often as <br /> necessary to control dust . <br /> b. All trucks should be covered . <br /> 6 . PLANNING DIVISION <br /> a. An easement and agreement from Lathrop County Water <br /> District for parking and mutual access shall be <br /> recorded . A copy shall be submitted to the Planning <br /> Division . <br /> b. The thirty-foot ( 30' ) wide easement for the drill track <br /> shall be abandoned ; or an easement and agrement from <br /> Western Pacific Railroad for parking , mutual access and <br /> maintenance of the drainage pond shall be recorded . A <br /> copy shall be submitted to the Planning Division . <br /> C. All parking , drives , and maneuvering areas shall be <br /> surfaced with a minimum 2 1 / 2 inches of asphaltic <br /> concrete paving over six inches of rock base , or as <br /> specified by the Department of Public Works , Parking <br /> areas shall be properly striped to effect orderly use <br /> and circulation , in conformance with the Improvement <br /> Plan . <br /> d . Sound levels generated by the proposed use shall not <br /> exceed 65 db ldm at the property line . <br />
