This permit shall become null and void should the use <br /> of the property become a nuisance as defined in Section <br /> 9-3113 of the Planning Title . <br /> 1 . This approval shall become null and void if all <br /> conditions have not been complied with within 18 months <br /> of the date of approval . One extension of time not to <br /> exceed 12 months may be granted upon written request <br /> and the appropriate fee not less than 30 days prior to <br /> the date of expiration. PLEASE NOTE : This will be <br /> the only notice given for the above-specified <br /> expiration date . The applicant is responsible for <br /> initiating any extension request . <br />
