The agreement that was previously sent to you will be amended to Include the <br /> following: <br /> • Article II. H will be changed to read %ANGSTON will pay the CITY a license <br /> i fee of $66,000 in monthly installments of $2,750 for a period of twenty-four <br /> (24) months or when groundwater discharges permanently cease." <br /> • Article II. N will be added to state "LANGSTON shall install a flow meter and <br /> valve on his sewer discharge line." <br /> • Article III.
