�T <br /> If industrial development immediately adjacent to the proposed development has <br /> developed to a use less than that specified in condition Number 2 above, additional <br /> capacity may be credited up to a maximum of 10,000 gallons per acre per day <br /> 26 Excessive Discharge <br /> No user shall increase the use of process water or, in any way attempt to dilute a <br /> discharge as a partial or complete substitute for adequate treatment to achieve <br /> compliance with the limitations of this Article or State and Federal standards <br /> 27 Accidenta, Discharges <br /> Each user shall provide protection from accidental discharge of prohibited material or <br /> other substances regulated by this Ordinance <br /> In the case of accidental discharge, it is the responsibility of the user to immediately <br /> telephone and notify the POTW of the incident Failure to notify of an accidental <br /> discharge shall be cause to disconnect service <br /> 28 Aggroval of Plans <br /> When required by the Director, detailed plans and operating procedures for <br /> pretreatment facilities and/or for the prevention of accidental discharge shall be <br /> submitted to the City for approval <br /> Plans and procedures must be approved prior to issuance of a building permit <br /> SECTION III Fees <br /> The City Council by resolution may establish fees for the administration of the industrial <br /> waste discharge permit and inspection program <br /> The applicant for a permit shall pay the actual cost of checking pretreatment facility <br /> plans <br /> ESECTION IV Administration <br /> 41 Wastewater Discharging <br /> It shall be unlawful to discharge to the City POTW any waste prohibited or regulated by <br /> this Article or State or Federal law without a permit Issued by the Director <br /> 6 <br />
