42 Industrial wastewater Permit <br /> All industrial users proposing to connect to or to contribute to the POTW shall obtain an <br /> Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permit Permit application shall be made on the form <br /> provided by the Director Any existing user which the Director has reason to believe is <br /> discharging prohibited or regulated materials shall apply for a permit within 30 days of <br /> written notice <br /> 43 Non Transferability of Permit <br /> An Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permit shall not be reassigned or transferred or <br /> sold to a new owner, new user, different premises, or a new or changed operation <br /> 44 Monitorino Facilities <br />' The Permittee shall provide and operate at their expense monitoring facilities to allow <br /> inspection, sampling and flow measurement of the waste discharge The design shall be <br /> approved by the Director <br /> 45 Inspection <br />' The Director shall inspect the facilities of any user to ascertain whether the purpose of <br /> this Ordinance is being met Persons or occupants of premises where wastewater is <br /> being created or discharged shall allow the Director ready access at all reasonable <br /> times, to all parts of the premises, for the purpose of inspection, sampling, records <br /> examination or in the performance of any of his duties <br />' 46 Pretreatment <br /> Users shall provide necessary pretreatment facilities to comply with this Article and <br /> Federal and State standards <br /> 47 Confidential Information <br />' Information and data on a user obtained from reports and permit applications shall be <br /> available to the public or other governmental agencies without restriction, unless the <br />' user specifically requests and is able to demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Director <br /> that the release of such information would divulge information, processes or methods of <br /> production entitled to protection as trade secrets of the user <br /> The portions which might disclose trade secrets of secret processes shall not be made <br /> available for inspection by the public but shall be made available upon written request to <br /> governmental agencies for uses related to this Article, the National Pollutant Discharge <br /> Elimination System, State Disposal System Permit, or the Pretreatment Program <br /> 1 <br /> 1 7 <br />
