i <br /> Task 9- Geotracker Submission <br /> This task will be to submit the site to the State Water Resources Control Board inventory <br /> of electronically cataloged sites in accordance with State of California directives. <br /> 6. EQUIPMENT DECONTAMINATION PROCEDURES: Sampling equipment will be <br /> decontaminated using a non-phosphate, soap and water wash; a tap water rinse; and two i <br /> distilled, deionized water rinses. The hollow-stem auger will be decontaminated in a <br /> similar manner before and after advancing the soil boring. <br /> 4 <br /> 7. WASTE DISPOSAL PROCEDURES: The cuttings from the soil boring and the purge I <br /> 1 <br /> water will be containerized in 55-gallon Department of Transportation-approved drums <br /> pending laboratory analytical results. If contaminated,the waste will be hauled off site for <br /> disposal at an appropriate facility. I <br /> 8. EMERGENCY OR INTERIM CLEANUP: Not applicable. <br /> 9. WORK SCHEDULE. Work will begin within 45 days subsequent to the approval of this <br /> Work Plan by the PHSEHD and issuance of a monitoring well permits by the PHSEHD. <br /> The PHSEHD will be notified at least 48 hours before any on-site work commences.
