III <br /> h <br /> kI <br /> I <br /> f <br /> EXHIBIT A <br /> " 1 <br /> WORK ; <br /> Delta Consultants (on behalf of Compass.Group) will'be.implezxaenting environmental,investigation <br /> q <br /> and/or remediation work activities on your property if and to the extent required and/or requested by <br /> { <br /> the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD). At a minimum, the <br /> proposed work may consist 'of drilling' operations, including soil sampling, the installation of <br /> monitoring wells, and groundwater sampling. The monitoring.wells will remain for the length-of <br /> time necessary to complete all assessment and monitoring activities required or requested by <br /> SJCEHD. <br /> All soil and groundwater samples will be submitted to a certified laboratory and analyzed in <br /> accordance with applicable regulations and/or standards. Depending on the analytical results, it may <br /> be necessary to return to the site to conduct additional soil sampling and/or monitoring well <br /> installation, and periodic groundwater sampling. <br /> II <br />
