(AES)has completed installation of the sparge/vent <br /> remediation system at the above referenced site- The system was placed into operation <br /> on March 24, 2004. <br /> This letter is to request approval for$3,200 in additional reimbursement funding for <br /> irisiallation of the sparge and vent wells. During the period-between submittal and <br /> approval of the Remedial Action Plan to installation of the system,the site water levels <br /> have lowered approximately 3.to 4 feet. The lowered water table required that the total <br /> depth of the sparge and vent wells be increased by approximately 10 feet.
