The plan (Remedial Action Plan — RAP) is a proposal for <br /> mitigation (soil vapor extraction 1 in-situ air sparging) of hazardous substances which <br /> have contaminated the site from an unauthorized release associated with the former UST <br /> system previously located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, Local UST Oversight Program, <br /> has made a tentative determination that the plan is in compliance with Local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not create significant adverse <br /> environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from cleanup of the <br /> contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan (RAP) is available for public review at EHD, 304 E. Weber <br /> Street, Third Floor, Stockton, California, during normal working hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 <br /> p.m. If a written request by any member of the public is not received by EHD by <br /> 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 4, 2004, the tentative decision shall become final <br /> on that date and time. <br /> All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to EHD at 304 E.
