Groundwater Sampling <br /> Groundwater samples will be collected from all monitoring wells to determine the dissolved <br /> concentrations of BTEX, TPH, and gasoline oxygenates All groundwater samples will be preserved <br /> according to specific analytical method specifications Collection, handling, storage and <br /> transportation will be in accordance with CA DoH guidance documents <br /> C. SYSTEM DECOMMISSIONING AND SITE CLEANUP <br /> Once the SJV Authority grants closure, all on-site groundwater monitoring and recovery wells will <br /> be dismantled and plugged by a State of California licensed driller The licensed driller will be <br /> responsible for completing the well plugging report All system underground piping will be properly <br /> purged, plugged, and closed in-place The system components in the compound will be dismantled <br /> and removed from the site <br /> Any contaminated waste materials such as purged groundwater and soil from the confirmation <br /> investigation will be properly manifested and shipped offsite for proper disposal/recycling Any <br /> excavated area or plugged well locations will be resurfaced to the original conditions for final <br /> closure <br /> Copies of all applicable plugging/abandonment reports, laboratory reports, and waste disposal <br /> records will be provided in a Final Closure Report for the site <br /> i <br /> Vir-2 <br />
