The Discharger shall operate and maintain an unsaturated zone detection monitoring <br /> system that complies with the applicable provisions of Title 27 §20415 in accordance wi <br /> monitoring plan approved by the Executive Officer. Unsaturated zone samples shall be <br /> collected from the monitoring devices of the approved unsaturated zone monitoring <br /> system. The collected samples shall be analyzed quarterly for the Constituents of Concern <br /> in Table 1 and in accordance with the methods and frequency specified in Table 7. The <br /> Discharger shall collect, preserve, and transport samples in accordance with the quality <br /> assurance/quality control standards contained in the approved Sample Collection and <br /> Analysis Plan. All monitoring parameters shall be graphed so as to show historical trends <br /> at each monitoring point. <br />
