Antea Group will request the following analyses for the soil <br /> samples: <br /> All soil samples(surface and deep)will be analyzed for the following: <br /> • CAM 17 Metals by Environmental Protection Agency(EPA)Test Method 60208 <br /> • Semi Volatile Organic Compounds (SVOCs) including Polynuclear Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH), <br /> pentachlorophenol(PCP)and phenols by EPA Method 8270C SIM <br /> • Diesel Range Organics(DRO)by EPA 8015 <br /> All surface samples from HA-1 through HA-20, and deep (5 feet bgs) samples from HA-3, HA-4 and HA-5 will be <br /> analyzed additionally for <br /> • Dioxins/furans by EPA Method 8280A <br /> All deep samples will be analyzed additionally for <br /> • Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)by EPA Method 8260B <br /> • Formaldehyde by EPA Method 8315 <br /> Every 300 feet down the length of the work area,soil samples will be additionally analyzed for <br /> • Polychlorinated biphenols(PCBs)by EPA Method 8082 <br /> 2.4 Compliance with the Soil Management Plan <br /> The site has an existing SMP that will affect Antea Group's work at the site(Condor 2010). The following are <br /> measures Antea Group will take during field work for compliance with the SMP: <br /> • Antea Group will saturate the work area surface with clean water using a mobile water sprayer prior to <br /> surface disturbance to limit dust generation. <br /> • A decontamination area will be established onsite with all necessary decontamination materials.All <br /> equipment will be decontaminated between work locations and prior to leaving the site. <br /> 2.5 Investigation Derived Waste <br /> All decontamination water and soil cuttings will be temporarily stored onsite in 55-gallon Department of <br /> Transportation drums pending waste profiling and transportation to an appropriate waste disposal facility. <br /> 4 www.anteagroup.com <br />
