i <br /> Work Plan to Install <br /> Additional Monitoring <br /> ? ARCADIS Wells <br /> Former OCC Lathrop Facility <br /> 4. Schedule and Report <br /> Upon receiving approval from the RWQCB for this work plan,ARCADIS will initiate <br /> proposed pre-field and field activities.The field schedule will be dependent on the <br /> availability of access agreements and may be completed in several mobilizations. <br /> ARCADIS will notify the RWQCB prior to well installation and if multiple mobilizations <br /> are required to complete the well installation. Following the completion of the proposed <br /> field activities,ARCADIS will prepare a summary report and submit a copy of the report <br /> to the RWQCB. The report will summarize field procedures and observations and <br /> include boring logs,well construction, and well development details.The report will be <br /> submitted to the RWQCB approximately 8 weeks after the completion of well <br /> development activities. The newly installed wells will be sampled in accordance with <br /> Site MRPs(R5-2004-0800 and R5-2012-0106)during the next routine monitoring <br /> event.
