t <br /> Work Plan to Install <br /> Additional Monitoring <br /> ARCADIS Wells <br /> Former OCC Lathrop Facility <br /> 3.3 Well Survey and Sampling <br /> The top of casing elevation and coordinates will be surveyed by a California licensed <br /> land surveyor. <br /> Groundwater monitoring and sampling of the newly installed wells will be conducted in <br /> accordance with Monitoring and Reporting Programs(MRP)R5-2004-0800 and R5- <br /> 2012-0106 during the next routine monitoring event. Groundwater samples will be <br /> submitted to APPL and analyzed for the following constituents: <br /> • Sulfolane according to APPL 3510/SOP ANASULF using a gas <br /> chromatograph/mass spectrometer <br /> • DBCP and EDB according to the California Department of Health Services Method <br /> • Organochlorine pesticides and benzene hexachloride isomers according to U.S. <br /> Environmental Protection Agency(USEPA)Method 8081A <br /> • Organophosphorus pesticides according to USEPA Method 8141A <br /> • Herbicides according to USEPA Method 8151A <br /> • Nitrate,chloride,and sulfate according to USEPA Method 300 <br /> • Total dissolved solids according to USEPA Method 160.1 <br /> 3.4 Investigation-Derived Waste Management <br /> Waste materials, including soil cuttings and drilling fluid generated from the installation <br /> of the additional monitoring wells will be placed in DOT-approved containers suitable <br /> for subsequent transportation for off-site disposal at a permitted waste management <br /> facility.Waste profiles for any waste stream will be prepared, as required by the waste <br /> disposal facilities. Groundwater from development and sampling activities will be <br /> placed in the influent sump of the on-site treatment system. <br /> 3.5 Health and Safety <br /> The Site-Specific Health and Safety Plan, dated February 4,2013(ARCADIS 2013), <br /> outlining the general health and safety procedures followed at the Site will be reviewed <br /> by ARCADIS field staff and the subcontractor's field staff.
