John Paulsen <br /> Re : Hempstead Court Subdivision <br /> Dear Sir: <br /> Enclosed are two ( 2 ) sets of plans and details for a proposed <br /> "Tile Drain" connection to the New Jerusalem Drainage District ' s 18 " <br /> collector line on Koster Road at the Hempstead Court subdivision . <br /> We plan to install approximately 1 , 050 L . F . of 8 " perforated <br /> plastic pipe in a gravel backfill approximately 4 ' to 10 ' deep . it <br /> will connect to approximately 239 L . F . of 8" ( non perforated) plastic <br /> irrigation pipe and then to a 10" asbestos cement pipe which crosses <br /> Koster Road and connects to an existing 36" junction structure on the <br /> East side of the road . <br /> The attached detail 'shows our anticipated method of connection to <br /> the existing system . It is intended that Mr . Ike McElvany will do the <br /> construction . The "on-site" system will be maintained by a newly <br /> formed Home Owner' s Association and will be constructed in accordance <br /> with the attached "Construction Requirements for Tie-in to New <br /> Jerusalem Drainage District Pipelines . " We anticipate inspection during <br /> construction by your field personnel and the U . S . Soil Conversation <br /> Service . <br /> It is our desire to begin construction by March 1 , 1989 .
