WILSON AND APPROVING <br /> MAJOR SUBDIVISION APPLICATION NO. SU-87-21 OF MINER, DANCY, AND PAULSON <br /> (C/O MID-VALLEY ENGINEERING ) , TO SUBDIVIDE THREE PARCELS TOTALING 20 <br /> ACRES INTO AN 11-LOT RURAL RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION (HEMPSTEAD COURT) , <br /> LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF KOSTER ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 2 , 000 FEET <br /> NORTH OF DURHAM FERRY ROAD, NEW JERUSALEM RURAL RESIDENTIAL AREA, <br /> SOUTHEAST OF TRACY. THE APPROVAL IS SUBJECT TO THE ATTACHED <br /> CONDITIONS AND REVISED MAP. <br /> WHEREAS , on July 2 , and July 16 , 1987 , the San Joaquin County <br /> Planning Commission considered this matter ; and <br /> WHEREAS , on August 27, and September 1 , 1987 , this Board of <br /> Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on said matter, notice of <br /> which hearing was given in accordance with law, and oral and documen- <br /> tary evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said <br /> matter , and this Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that <br /> the appeal of Dennis E. Wilson and Major Subdivision Application No. <br /> SU-87-21 be approved, subject to the attached conditions and revised <br /> map. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this lst day of September , 1987 , by the <br /> following vote of the Board of Supervisors , to wit: <br /> AYES: WILHOIT, COSTA, SOUSA, CARTER, BARBER <br /> NOES: NONE <br /> ABSENT: NONE <br /> GEORGE L.
