This is a <br /> vesting Tentative Map Application which also includes a lot line <br /> adjustment for Parcel 1. <br /> Information: <br /> The site is located on the west side of Koster Road, 2000 feet north of Durham <br /> Ferry Road, southeast of Tracy. <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration <br /> Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Koster Road has an existing right-of-vay width of 40 feet, and a planned right- <br /> of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> Recommendations: <br /> Ia. All Improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement Standards and <br /> Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. <br /> b. All Improvement plans and specifications must be approved by the County of <br /> San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to approval of the Final Map. <br />
