If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior to the approval <br /> of the Final Map, the subdivider shall execute an agreement with the County <br /> of San Joaquin insuring the completion of improvements within one (1) year <br /> after filing the Final Map. <br /> d. The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay users fees for the utility ser- <br /> vices from the time the improvements are accepted by the County to the end <br /> of the fiscal year, or up to a one (1) year period, as the case may be. <br /> e. Edna Court shall be dedicated and improved in compliance with County <br /> standards for a 50 foot rural road. <br /> f. Koster Road shall be fully improved on subdivision side in compliance with <br /> County standards for a 60 foot rural type street. A 10 foot roadway <br /> dedication on the subdivided side of Koster Road is required. <br /> 2a. Storm drainage shall be contained by a community pond. <br /> b. The drainage system shall meet the requirements of the County and provide <br /> adequate drainage for the improvements (development) . The acceptance or <br /> approval by the County of the drainage system does not relieve the developer <br /> (or his engineer) of the responsibility of providing an adequate drainage <br /> system. <br /> c. A County Service Area shall be formed prior to the consideration of the <br /> Final Map to maintain and operate drainage system. <br /> 3. Sewage disposal system or methods shall conform to the requirements of the <br /> San Joaquin Local Health District. <br /> 4. Water system or methods shall conform to the requirements of the <br /> San Joaquin Local Health District and the Department of Public Works. <br /> 5. A Preliminary Soil Report shall be required. <br /> 6. Public utility easements shall be as required by Pacific Gas and Electric <br /> Company and all other public utilities. Underground utilities are required. <br /> 7.
