GP-88-29 page 2
Conclusion:
Based upon current policies and the past applications on this
property, staff would not likely recommend approval of this project.
As the existing truck parking use on-site is not permitted, staff
recommends that the applicant either abate the use immediately,
or file full fees for a General Plan Map Amendment and corresponding
Zone Reclassification.
NOTE: The pre-application conference is designed to inform prospec-
tive applicants of general plan consistency, zoning consis-
tency, public improvement requirements, preliminary design
constraints and opportunities, and major environmental
and safety issues. This information is provided in the
hope of assisting the applicant in submitting a better
and more complete application, as well as minimizing pro-
cessing time. It is not intended to be an in-depth analysis,
and, an environmental assessment is not completed. The
applicant should be aware that a detailed review will not
be done until the full application is submitted. Also,
if new or additional information is obtained, a revised
application or environmental impact report may be required.
