Furthermore, the EIR for the <br /> proposed project should address the anticipated fiscal <br /> impacts of the project on the City upon annexation. The <br /> cumulative fiscal impacts of the north Stockton growth <br /> proposals are currently being studied in a comprehensive <br /> analysis which should be complete in August 1987.
