Only Phase I , for the sanctuary, is approved by this Use <br /> Permit . Additional Use Permits will be required for sub- <br /> sequent project phases . Parking facilities for the ulti- <br /> mate development shall be constructed as part of Phase I . <br /> This requirement applies to the sewage disposal , water <br /> supply, and storm drainage systems , as well . <br /> f . This Use Permit is approved for two years from the effec- <br /> tive date of approval . <br /> g. The applicant shall obtain any permit or service authori- <br /> zation required by the City of Stockton. <br /> h. The applicant shall submit a revised parking plan to docu- <br /> ment that adequate on-site parking will be provided for <br /> the ultimate project . <br /> i . The proposed five-foot landscape islands located between <br /> parking stalls shall be widened to nine feet to provide <br /> four-foot walkways for pedestrian circulation, within <br /> parking areas. Eight-foot-wide walkways shall be provided <br /> along the outside of the loop drive. <br /> J . The applicant shall submit a sign plan to show interior <br /> traffic control signs and the appearance and location of <br /> the proposed 16 foot by 20 foot reader board sign. <br /> k. The payment of development fees to the Lodi Unified School <br /> District shall be required prior to the issuance of <br /> building permits . <br /> 1 . Access onto or over the easement of the East Bay Municipal <br /> Utility District is prohibited. <br /> m. Noise levels at the project site property lines shall not <br /> exceed 65 decibels (Ldn) . <br /> n. The applicant shall submit a lighting plan which shows the <br /> numbers, heights, locations, types , and directions of <br /> illumination for outdoor lighting installations. Lighting <br /> operations shall not interfere with surrounding land uses <br /> or vehicle traffic. <br />
