VR-86-5 and Use Permi Application <br /> No . UP-86-6 based upon the staff report findings . <br /> FINDINGS <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The Christian Life Center has submitted Variance and Use Permit <br /> applications to authorize the establishment of a large, multi-use <br /> religious complex. Approval of the Variance would allow <br /> construction of a 108-foot-high dome-shaped sanctuary.
