Handicapped spa-
ces are 14 feet by 20 feet . RV and bus spaces are 10 feet by 40
feet . The applicant has not provided a construction schedule for
on-site parking facilities; therefore, it is assumed that all
parking facilities are to be constructed as part of project Phase
1 .
Sewage disposal , water supply, and storm drainage are proposed to
be provided as follows :
° Sewage Disposal : On-site treatment plant .
Water Supply: On-site well .
° Storm Drainage : On-site percolation pond.
Commenting public agencies have raised major concerns for the
applicant ' s service proposals. These concerns are based on the
magnitude of the proposed use, the site ' s proximity to the City
of Stockton, and the project ' s timing relative to other fore-
seeable projects in the vicinity.
Site access is proposed on both Hammer Lane and State Route 99
West Frontage Road. The project will generate large volumes of
traffic over the local and State transportation network.
Therefore, as can be expected, the traffic issue has been a
second major concern of commenting public agencies.
