Stockton. <br /> (District 1) <br /> APPLICANT: Bill Mathis APN: 143-410-27 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Golden Gate Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet, <br /> and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> 1. The new driveway shall be constructed in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10.207, San <br /> Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb, F-lc, & R-17 and the <br /> East Side Fire District prior to issuance of the occupancy <br /> permit. (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 2 . The City of Stockton shall verify that the appropriate Right <br /> of Service Units (R.O.S.U. ) for sanitary sewer have been paid <br /> for the proposed development project prior to approval of the <br /> building permit application. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1105.3) <br /> 3 .
