COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> DC-93-2 <br /> 4 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is <br /> $342 .83 per each additional multi family dwelling unit. The <br /> fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each year <br /> at the rate of 6.9 percent. An additional 3 . 5 percent shall be <br /> added to the fee upon payment for processing and administering <br /> the program. <br /> (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> 5.
