An improvement plan, showing drainage , driveway access <br /> details , on-site parking, and grading shall be submitted <br /> to the Department of Public Works for approval . <br /> b. Provide terminal drainage . <br /> 2 . Building Division: <br /> a. Application shall be made to this office for plan and <br /> permit approval . <br /> b. Conform with the requirements of the State of California, <br /> .Department of Housing and Community Development , Division <br /> of Codes and Standards . <br /> C . All permanent structures shall have the lowest floor ele- <br /> vated above the base flood level or be flood-proofed to <br /> comply with the San Joaquin County Flood Ordinance and <br /> the Federal Emergency Management Agency' s regulations. <br /> 3 . San Joaquin Local Health District : <br /> The water treatment facility must have capacity for addi- <br /> tional demand. <br /> 4 . Planning Division: <br /> The proposed development shall conform to all Provisions of <br /> the County Flood Ordinance . An evacuation plan must be <br /> approved prior to any occupancy of the R.V. spaces. <br /> 5 . Fire Warden: <br /> In all auto and trailer camps, there shall be installed and <br /> maintained in good repair 3/4-inch standpipes connected to <br /> sufficiently large water mains to which shall be permanently <br /> affixed good grade garden hose not greater than 100 feet in <br /> length, with a Boston-type garden hose nozzle or its equiva- <br /> lent attached. Such hose shall be enclosed in a cabinet <br /> approved by the fire department and plainly marked "FOR FIRE <br /> ONLY. " A sufficient number of thise standpipe units shall be <br /> intstalled in each auto and trailer camp so that at lease one <br /> nozzle will reach any building, trailer , or trailer site . <br />
