It is within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. The 100-Year Flood <br /> Elevation will be approximately 7 . 5 feet N. G .V. D. <br /> Recommendations : <br /> 1 . An Improvement Plan showing drainage, driveway access <br /> details , on-site parking, and grading shall be submitted to <br /> the Department of Public Works for approval . <br /> 2 . Provide terminal drainage . <br /> 3 . Please be advised that pursuant to the proposed plan for <br /> the Little Potato Slough Bridge at State Route 12 , the <br /> Tower Marina access road onto State Route 12 will be relo- <br /> cated approximately 2600 feet easterly, opposite to <br /> Glasscock Road. <br /> Building Division ( response, 11/26/85 ) : <br /> The State of California, Department of Housing and Community <br /> Development , Divisions of Codes and Standards , has jurisdiction <br /> of all mobilehome and recreational vehicle parks . Application <br /> shall be made to this office for plan and permit approval . <br /> Federal Emergency Management Agent ( response , 11/27/85 ) : <br /> Their response transmits comments regarding the proposed expan- <br /> sion of an existing marina resort (application UP-84-74) . <br /> According to the Flood Insurance Rate Map dated May 15 , 1980 , the <br /> Marina is located in Zone A. Zone A represents an area within <br /> the 100-year floodplain. <br /> Existing floodplain management regulations require the use of the <br /> best information available in regulating new development . The <br /> U . S . Army Corps of Engineers has recently conducted a restudy of <br /> the Sacramento/San Joaquin Delta Flood Insurance Study. Their <br /> findings show the proposed development in Zone A with the pre- <br /> liminary base flood elevation at 7 . 5 feet N.G . V. D. <br />
