REPORT PREPARATION <br /> r <br /> Upon completion of field work,a report will be prepared presenting the findings of the investigation. <br /> The report will include a description of the work performed,results of the sampling and laboratory <br /> analysis,results for the site as compared to the environmental screening level adopted by the EHD, <br /> i and possible analysis with an indoor air exposure pathway model (Johnson and Ettinger). <br /> fConclusions and applicable recommendations will be included in the report. The report will be in <br /> a format acceptable to the EHD and will be reviewed and signed by a California Professional <br /> Geologist. <br /> 1 <br /> 4.4. FIELD PROCEDURES <br /> All field procedures will be overseen by an AGE representative under the supervision of a California <br /> 1 Professional Geologist. Procedures for,the advancement/destruction of soil probe borings, soil <br /> sampling equipment decontamination, and sample shipment are outlined below. <br /> I <br /> ' 4.1. PROBE BORING ADVANCEMENT <br /> Each probe boring will be advanced using a van-mounted Geoprobe 5400 direct-push probing unit <br /> equipped with 1.25-inch,stainless steel,hollow probing rods.The Geoprobe rods are advanced using <br /> a hydraulic hammer to drive the attached soil sampling and soil gas sampling tool to specified <br /> depths. <br /> 4.2. COLLECTION OF SOIL SAMPLES <br /> 4 <br /> Soil borings will be sampled at discreet 5-foot`int als,'beginning at 5`feet_bsg;toithe total depth,> <br /> of the borings using a 1.25-inch Geoprobe soil sampling assembly loaded with four 6-inch brass <br /> i sleeves.
