6.0 INTERVIEWS AND USER PROVIDED INFORMATION <br /> 6.1 INTERVIEWS <br /> Pursuant to ASTM E1527-05, the following interviews were performed during this investigation <br /> in order to obtain information indicating RECs in connection with the subject property. <br /> 6.1.1 INTERVIEW WITH OWNER <br /> The subject property owner, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, was represented by Ms. <br /> Chet Socco of CBRE, the property manager for the subject property owner. Ms. Socco was <br /> contacted by phone and email on June 8-9, 2011. Ms. Socco has been associated with the <br /> subject property for four years. <br /> According to Ms. Socco, the subject property is equipped with an aboveground diesel fuel tank <br /> associated with the fire pump. Refer to Section 7.1 for further discussion. <br /> Additionally, Ms. Socco informed AEI that the current subject property building was constructed <br /> in November 2000 and was occupied by Advanced Packaging & Distribution for approximately <br /> 10 years. Advanced Packaging & Distribution utilized the subject property as a distribution <br /> center. <br /> Ms. Socco was asked if she was aware of any of the following: <br /> Any pending, threatened, or past litigation relevant to hazardous substances or <br /> petroleum products in on or from the property. Yes X No <br /> Any pending, threatened or past administrative proceedings relevant to <br /> hazardous substances or petroleum products in on or from the property. Yes X No <br /> Any notices from any governmental entity regarding any possible violation of <br /> environmental laws or possible liability relating to hazardous substances or <br /> petroleum products. Yes X No <br /> Any incidents of flooding, leaks, or other water intrusion, and/or complaints <br /> related to indoor air quality. Yes X No <br /> 6.1.2 INTERVIEW WITH KEY SITE MANAGER <br /> The key site manager Mr. Jeff Anecito, was interviewed during the site inspection on June 14, <br /> 2011. Mr. Anecito has been associated with the subject property for less than one month. Mr. <br /> Anecito provided general information regarding historic and current operations at the subject <br /> property. According to Mr. Anecito, the subject property has been vacant for approximately <br /> one month. The former occupant, Advanced Packaging & Distribution, operated a shipping and <br /> receiving facility which received and repackaged frozen foods, storing frozen foods in on-site <br /> freezers prior to redistribution. <br /> Mr. Anecito informed AEI that the large drain/washing area located within the subject property <br /> warehouse was used as a forklift washing area. Refer to Section 7.1 for further discussion of <br /> the forklift washing area. <br /> Mr. Anecito was asked if he was aware of any of the following: <br /> Any pending, threatened, or past litigation relevant to hazardous substances or <br /> petroleum products in on or from the property.
