Yes X No 6.1.3 PAST OWNERS, OPERATORS AND OCCUPANTS Interviews with past owners and occupants regarding historical onsite operations were not reasonably ascertainable. However, based on information obtained from other sources including agency records and aerial photographs, it is likely that the information provided by past owners and operators would have been duplicative. 6.1.4 INTERVIEW WITH OTHERS Information obtained during interviews with local government officials is incorporated into the appropriate segments of this section. 6.2 USER PROVIDED INFORMATION User provided information is intended to help identify the possibility of RECs in connection with the subject property. According to ASTM E1527-05 and EPA's AAI Rule, certain items should be researched by the prospective landowner or grantee, and the results of such inquiries may be provided to the environmental professional. The responsibility for qualifying for Landowner Liability Protections (LLPs) by conducting the inquiries ultimately rests with the User, and providing the information to the environmental professional would be prudent if such information is available. 6.2.1 ENVIRONMENTAL LIENS In accordance with our approved scope of services, AEI contracted EDR to perform an environmental lien search for the subject property. According to EDR, environmental liens were not identified during the review of historical ownership documentation. A copy of EDR's report has been provided in Appendix F. 6.2.2 ACTIVITY AND LAND USE LIMITATIONS AEI was not informed by the User, CBRE, of any AULs, such as engineering controls, land use restrictions or institutional controls that are in place at the subject property and/or have been filed or recorded in a registry under federal, tribal, state or local law. 6.2.3 SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AEI was not informed by the User of any specialized knowledge or experience related to the subject property or nearby properties. 6.2.4 VALUATION REDUCTION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES The User did not indicate to AEI any information to suggest that the valuation of the subject property is significantly less than the valuation for comparable properties due to environmental factors.
