1 Working To Restore Nature
1710 Main Street
Escalon, CA 95320
Phone (209) 838-3507
FAX (209) 838-3509
' FINAL REMEDIATION PLAN
for
SOEL AND GROUNDWATER REMEDIATION
' at
Fire Engine Company No 2
110 West Sonora Street
' Stockton, California
for
The City of Stockton
1.0 INTRODUCTION
As requested by the City of Stockton, RESNA Industries Inc. (RFSNA) has prepared this Final
' Remediation Plan (FRP) for the remediation of hydrocarbon-impacted soil and groundwater at
Fine Engine Company No. 2 in Stockton, California. The hydrocarbon of primary concern is
gasoline. While diesel has also been detected at the site, the extent and concentration of it's
occurrence are generally less than gasoline. This FRP includes a conceptual design for a
groundwater extraction system combined with a vapor extraction system (VES) to remediate
gasoline hydrocarbons. As a result of the gasoline remediation, it is anticipated that diesel will
1 also be remediated, either directly or by enhanced natural attenuation The FRP has been
' prepared for review, comment, and approval by the California Regional Water Quality Control
Board and the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division
(PHS/EHD) prior to final installation and operation of the proposed systems.
38009-8138009-8 FRP
