COMPLAINANT STATES <br /> THERE ARE MULTIPLE PEOPLE IN THE RESTAURANT AT A TIME WAITING FOR THEIR FOOD. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Hand sink lacked paper towels when inspection started (corrected).Towels shall always be available. I <br /> also noticed that current paper towel holder does not properly hold towels. Install a new one by tomorrow. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br /> maintained in good repair. (113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing,food preparation and the washing of <br /> utensils and equipment. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) <br /> #33 Nonfood Contact Surfaces Clean <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Metal shelves at both customer serve area and in the back of the kitchen are not clean. Wipe clean daily <br /> or if needed several times during the day. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. (114115(c)) <br /> #47 Signs Posted; Last Inspection Report Available <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Customers front entrance door lacks social distancing instructions. Post one by tomorrow. <br /> Floors at customer waiting area lack 6 feet spacing. Provide markings by tomorrow. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing signs shall be posted in each toilet room, directing attention to the need to thoroughly wash <br /> hands after using the restroom(113953.5)(b)No smoking signs shall be posted in food preparation, food storage, warewashing, and <br /> utensil storage areas(113978). (c)Consumers shall be notified that clean tableware is to be used when they return to self-service areas <br /> such as salad bars and buffets. (d)Any food facility constructed before January 1, 2004, without public toilet facilities,shall prominently <br /> post a sign within the food facility in a public area stating that toilet facilities are not provided(113725.1, 114381 (e)).
