KNATS FLYING EVERYWHERE. THIS RESTAURANT NEEDS TO BE INSPECTED IMMEDIATELY. <br /> RESTROOMS ARE CONSTANTLY OUT OF HAND SOAP. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to the facility and spoke to the person in charge. <br /> Per person in charge,they were not aware of complaint prior to my investigation. <br /> Soap is lacking at the front hand sink. Provide. <br /> During the investigation I did not notice an "unbearable"odor. <br /> I inspected seating area and the kitchen area, I did not observe"knats everywhere". <br /> I did observe approximately 2 flies and a 1-2 knats in to employee break area near the back door. <br /> During the inspection the manager arrived and said that pest control came for another purpose and the manager asked about <br /> the knats. <br /> Per manager the areas are sanitized are approximately 4 times a day or more. <br /> Observed drive thru window that did not"self close"after customer was served meal. <br /> Ensure that self-closure is operative.
