COMPLAINANT ENDED UP GETTING REALLY ILL, <br /> THROWING UP AND HAD CHILLS AFTER AND IS STILL NOT BETTER. THE MEAT ON COMPLAINANTS BURGER <br /> HAD AN OFF TASTE SO COMPLAINANT DID NOT END UP FINISHING IT. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME <br /> COMPLAINANT GETS SICK FROM EATING AT FACILITY. THE FACILITY DID NOT HAVE PAPER TOWELS IN THE <br /> MENS RESTROOM. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.
