Board Staff Recommendations <br />' for Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation of Underground Storage Tank Sites" document <br /> Upon completion of each quarterly groundwater monitoring, a "Quarterly Groundwater <br /> Monitoring Report" will be subnutted to San Joaquin PHS/EHD and the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) Each report will include all of the <br /> irequired information outlined in the San Joaquin PHS/EHD letter (Appendix A) <br /> 12 <br /> 1 <br />
