Installation of four geoprobe soil borings to approximate depth of 30 feet below surface grade <br /> and the collection of soil and groundwater samples to be submitted for laboratory analysis. <br /> 2. Excavation of four `test pits' to a depth of approximately 18 feet below surface grade in the <br /> area of the former underground storage tank sample TW-13 to remove and sample below any <br /> remaining contaminated soil. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. The EHD approves analyzing soil and groundwater samples for total petroleum hydrocarbons <br /> as gasoline and diesel only. All soil samples from the tank removal were reported non-detect <br /> for all other constituents analyzed. <br /> 2. Please proceed with submittal of a San Joaquin County Well Permit Application and fees. <br /> 3. A report of findings must be submitted to SJCIEHD within 60 days following completion of all <br /> fieldwork, and must include all manifests documenting the disposal of contaminated soil. <br /> 4.
