Provide a copy of the first letter from the local regulatory agency directing you to cleanup <br /> contamination at the subject site, which was the result of a release from a UST,which you owned <br /> or operated (the USTs which were abandoned in the late 1960s), and not a release from the <br /> former USTs removed in 1980. <br /> NOTE: Claimant is advised that an eligible claimant must have either owned or operated the <br /> subject leaking UST, is the responsible party directed to undertake corrective action for the <br /> unauthorized release by the local regulator and is the party paying for the costs of cleanup. <br /> NOTE: Claimant must address all issues listed above.
