Each composite soil sample consisted of four <br /> individual grab samples taken at various depth and composited as <br /> one sample. As you can see, the results of the soil analyses <br /> show concentration of total hydrocarbons between 9 .9 ppm to 52 <br /> ppm which considered to be non hazardous per San Joaquin Health <br /> District (Ms. Lori Cottula) . <br /> The stockpiled soil will be hauled to a private property which is <br /> owned by John Burton and located at 11801 W. Clover Road in <br /> Tracy.
