Tracy Blvd. <br /> Tracy, CA 95376 <br /> This office has received an application to install four additional monitoring wells <br /> as part of the groundwater contamination assessment at the above referenced facility. <br /> Since installation of further monitoring wells was discussed during our meeting of <br /> September 23, 1986, we have no objection in concept to the proposed well locations <br /> as the next step in the site assessment. However, prior to approval of the monitoring <br /> well permit application the following must be accomplished: <br /> 1. If wells are to be located in streets, sidewalks or easements, necessary <br /> encroachment permits must be obtained from the City of Tracy and/or any <br /> other agency concerned. <br /> 2. Underground utilities must be identified and owners notified of proposed <br /> drilling. <br /> 3. Monitoring well permit fee of $35.00 must be submitted. An additional <br /> fee of $35.00/hour will be charged for inspection time after one hour or <br /> one visit. ..
