He had not received the Budget <br /> Change Order Request. While I was looking at the copy Bill send me, I noticed that the Budget Change <br /> Order Request sent in August has the wrong Claim Number. Mr. Charter is going to see if he can find it <br /> in their files (the number on the request was 18295--a closed 7-11 site in L.A.) Because he did not have <br /> the Claim, he was not able to include it in the list of projects proposed for funding this month. He will <br /> be doing another list in January and if our site is included and approved, then funding should be <br /> available the same month. <br /> I was not able to e-mail him a copy of the Request from my files so told him I would ask you to e-mail a <br /> copy today. Please also send him the Annual Budget Project Narrative and the Budget Change Order <br /> Request as well as another documents submitted on August 12.
