This amount was
based mainly on the project amount of revenue the Fund expected from the year and the fact
that we wanted to prioritize the sites that had already begun active remediation. we are
now reviewing and approving change orders for sites that needed additional money set
aside. Around 150 change order approvals are going out this week, and we will do 100 or
so in about a month. I don't see your claim listed as one where we have already received
a change order. Please ask your consultant to send a request in and we can evaluate it.
Revenue will still be limited this fiscal year, but the sooner we have your request, the
sooner we can review it. We will also be setting up budgets for the FY 12/13 fiscal year
that begins on July 1, 2012. There should be more money available for that year, since we
will be clearing a lot of old costs off our books.
Dave Charter
David F.
