Lopez Property Page 3 <br /> 1601 Turnpike Road April 2, 2009 <br /> Stockton, California 95206 <br /> Based on groundwater results submitted in the fourth quarter 2008 report, the EHD <br /> approves the followinE groundwater sampling schedule: <br /> • Collect grou dwater samples semiannually from monitoring wells MW-1, MW-5, <br /> MW-8,MW-10, and MW-11. <br /> • Collect groundwater samples annually from MW-3, MW-4, MW-6 and MW-7. <br /> Although groundwate is currently collected annually from MW-2, resume quarterly <br /> sampling of this well since significant concentrations of contaminants of concern were <br /> detected in groundwater during the fourth quarter 2008 sampling event. The EHD will <br /> reevaluate the sampling frequency for MW-2 once analytical results become stable. Also, <br /> sample MW-9 during one additional quarterly sampling event.
