We know the property was purchased by my folks in the mid 80's and sold in the early <br /> 90's. We have the recent correspondence from the county but Mom doesn't have much else. I <br /> know you are terribly busy but wonder if, when you have a few spare minutes, you could e-mail <br /> me a kind of summary of transactions with this property from the beginning as it relates to the <br /> UST. By transactions, I guess I really mean correspondence between you and my folks. I am <br /> guessing that the correspondence began prior to Dad's death which was in March of 1997. <br /> Also, it is our understanding that the reason the owners from whom my parents bought the <br /> property are not considered responsible parties is because it was a corporation which no longer <br /> exists. Don't remember why I believe this to be the case. Do your records shed any light on <br /> this? The company is named Turnpike Assoc. in the assessor's records. I also have always <br /> assumed that this is the company who installed the UST; but, again, don't know where that <br /> assumption came from! <br /> Hope you are enjoying the Spring—it is beautiful here in Sacramento with most every flower in <br /> the yard blooming.
