We have <br /> the recent correspondence from the county but Mom doesn't have much else. I know you are terribly <br /> busy but wonder if, when you have a few spare minutes, you could e-mail me a kind of summary of <br /> transactions with this property from the beginning as it relates to the UST. By transactions, I guess I <br /> really mean correspondence between you and my folks. I am guessing that the correspondence began <br /> prior to Dad's death which was in March of 1997. <br /> Also, it is our understanding that the reason the owners from whom my parents bought the property are <br /> not considered responsible parties is because it was a corporation which no longer exists. Don't <br /> remember why I believe this to be the case. Do your records shed any light on this? The company is <br /> named Turnpike Assoc. in the assessor's records. I also have always assumed that this is the <br /> company who installed the UT' <br /> but, again, don't know where that assumption came from! <br /> Hope you are enjoying the S ring—it is beautiful here in Sacramento with most every flower in the yard <br /> blooming.
