r <br /> closer to the west into Union Street, at a site approximately fifty feet from the location of <br /> r Tank #3. <br /> Soil samples will be collected at intervals of five feet during monitoring well installation. <br /> A PID unit will be on site during the drilling of these wells and samples will be selected for <br /> analysis on the basis of the PID readings. Nevertheless, a minimum of three soil samples <br /> will be sent for analysis from each boring. <br /> 11 <br /> The proposed work will commence as soon as possible after the appropriate permits are <br /> obtained. We expect that the work will begin before the end of March, 1993.
